"If I could give Rosi 100 stars I would! She is the SWEETEST person ever and a pleasure to work with. She went up and beyond to make my cake perfect for my husband’s birthday. Her attention to detail and communication is excellent. As a wedding and event planner, I deal with a lot of cake artists, but none really compares to Rosi’s work. If you want an elegant tasting cake- she is your person! Her cake flavors are wonderful- i ordered red velvet cake with caramel cream cheese, cupcakes- chocolate with Oreo center; vanilla w dulce de leche, strawberry with white chocolate and lemon blueberry. She even made the pictures with frames for the cupcakes. Her packaging is remarkable as well. Everything was delicious! So impressed! I’m definitely coming back!

"I volunteered to order a cake for my boss’s wife’s birthday. She has a specific kind of cake that she likes, and I thought “How hard can it be?” Well, it was more of a task than I thought, since her favorite kind of cake is lemon lavender. I didn’t know how uncommon this kind of cake was, but it’s not a common combination of flavors that bakeries just have on hand. After speaking to quite a few different bakeries, I was just about to give up, but Rosiland came to the rescue! She was phenomenal and so easy to work with!
