General Information

Where are you located?

While we do not have a physical location for customers to visit, we are available to deliver custom dessert orders in-person to customers within the DFW area. However, boutique items will need to be purchased online and delivered through shipping. For markets, we are mainly stationed at the Frisco Farmers Market, but occasionally participate in other markets across the DFW area. The locations for these markets are updated regularly on their respective pages.

What are your business hours?

We’re open Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We’re closed on Sundays.

How do I properly dispose of product packaging?

All of our products are distributed in eco-friendly packaging that promotes safe disposal for the environment. Click here to reference our packaging guide to ensure that each component is disposed of safely and properly.

Bakery Information

Do you offer custom cakes and pastries?

Yes, we do! Our skilled bakers can create custom cakes and pastries for any occasion. Please visit our custom orders page or contact us directly for more details and to place an order.

Are your products made with organic ingredients?

We use high-quality ingredients, and many of our products are made with organic and locally sourced items. For specific details about ingredients, please check the product descriptions or ask our staff.

Do you have gluten-free or vegan options?

No, we do not currently offer a selection of gluten-free and vegan options. If you still wish to place an order, ask our staff for available choices and accommodations.

Do you have sugar-free options?

No, we do not currently offer a selection of sugar-free options. If you still wish to place an order, ask our staff for available choices and accommodations.

Boutique Information

What type of products do you carry in the boutique?

Our boutique features a curated collection of unique and high-quality items, including fashion accessories, home décor, and gifts.

Can I request special items or custom orders from the boutique?

We welcome special requests and custom orders. Please contact us with your ideas, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

Ordering + Delivering

Do you offer delivery or shipping services?

We offer local delivery options for custom desserts. However, we only offer shipping options for both boutique products. For more details on delivery areas and shipping rates, please visit our pages for terms of service, shipping, and refunds.

How do I pay for my custom dessert order?

A deposit of half of the total purchase price will be required upon confirmation of the order, invoiced through Square. Once the order has been fulfilled, the remaining amount will be due through an additional invoice that has to be satisfied within 5 days after the invoice was sent. How do I track my order?

Tracking orders and delivery for baked goods requires direct communication with a staff member. For online boutique orders, once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment.
